3. Honey Plum Grape(Php15.00)
Since my plums were previously frozen, they turn all mushy when defrosted. No good for straight up canning, but perfect for jam. Here’s what I came up with!
Ingredients:
2 pounds plums, pitted and chopped
1½ cups honey
1½ tsp jalapeño powder*
2 T lemon juice
1½ cups honey
1½ tsp jalapeño powder*
2 T lemon juice
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook until jam gets to the gelling point
