4. Carrot Honey Fruit Shake

4.       Carrot Honey Fruit shake(Php.12.00)

I simply prepared this super thick and delicious smoothie with silken honey,soya milk, grated carrots and black raisins..I used raw grated carrots in this smoothie.

Ingredients
1cup Grated carrots
2tbsp Black raisins
Honey as per need
1/2cup Soya milk
Ice cubes

Directions
Soak the black raisins in hot water for few minutes, now take the silken tofu,grated carrots,soaked black raisins,honey,soya milk in a blender and blend as smooth paste, add water if needed..
